Eco-recycling, from start to finish

From the moment an aircraft is declared end of life to the final valorization of materials, every step is tracked, documented, and audited.

Components are removed in accordance with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals by qualified teams. Each part is identified, photographed, and tracked through a daily updated online inventory.

Each component is individually packed with appropriate protection, including antistatic bags, protective caps, and clearly labeled bubble wrap.

Parts are then stored in ISPM-15 certified wooden crates, ensuring maximum safety until final destination.

We operate 25,000 m² of dedicated storage space for components. Inventory, picking, packing, handling, crating, shipping, and customs management are fully handled by our teams.

A unique technology worldwide. The fuselage is cut using a diamond wire cutting gantry system equipped with a water spray system to eliminate dust emissions and prevent pollution.

Work zones are sealed, with full water collection and treatment systems in place. Materials are then sorted and directed toward appropriate recycling streams.

Our teams can operate anywhere in the world, fully equipped to carry out dismantling operations independently.

Each intervention is adapted to local technical, logistical, and regulatory constraints, with dedicated support for administrative and operational requirements.

Traceability, precision, value recovery

Our teams have recognized expertise on CFM56 engines (−3, −5A, −5B, −5C, −7B).

Engines are disassembled down to module and piece part level depending on requirements. Each component is tracked daily through a detailed traceability file, accessible to the customer via a dedicated portal.

Fully customized on demand. Parts are packed in in-house manufactured ISPM-15 certified wooden crates, adapted to their geometry and sensitivity.

We manage full customs processes, including VAT and duty exemption handling, with worldwide shipping on request.

When an aircraft becomes a design object

At TARMAC Legacy, authentic components from end-of-life aircraft are transformed into unique design pieces. Just imagine. A window becomes a mirror. A fuselage section becomes a table. A blade finds a new purpose, while preserving its story… Each item comes from our recycling process and is carefully selected, processed, or preserved. We also offer raw components from dismantling. They can be used for training, decorative projects, or customization. And since every project is unique, and our teams can support bespoke requests. The aircraft no longer flies, but its materials continue to live on in another form: meaningful design at the intersection of aviation, sustainability, and industrial heritage.

TARMAC Legacy

A porthole becomes a mirror, a section of the fuselage becomes a table, and a blade takes on a new purpose, all without ever losing its history. Each piece comes from our recycling process and is carefully reworked or prepared.

We also offer raw parts salvaged from dismantled vehicles, intended for training, decorative projects, or customization. And because every project is unique, our teams can accommodate specific requests.
