A graduate engineer from ISAE-Supméca and École Normale Supérieure de Cachan, with an MBA from HEC Paris, Alexandre Brun began his career in the aviation industry at SNECMA’s Gennevilliers site in the 1990s.

In 2004, he co-founded and led Snecma-HAL Aerospace Pvt Ltd, a joint venture based in Bangalore. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director of Snecma Morocco Engines Services in Casablanca, a joint venture between the French engine manufacturer and Royal Air Maroc. In 2013, he became Director of Civil Maintenance at Safran Aircraft Engines in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

Alexandre Brun was appointed President of TARMAC Aerosave on January 1, 2022, a subsidiary of Safran, Airbus and SUEZ specializing in aircraft and engine lifecycle management. His mandate was renewed on January 1, 2026. Drawing on extensive experience in aircraft engine production and maintenance, he continues to strengthen TARMAC Aerosave’s position as a leading provider of aircraft and engine storage, maintenance, transition and recycling services.

With a Master’s degree in Purchasing Management from Grenoble School of Management, Frédéric Cadule began his career in procurement at IBM.

He went on to hold several leadership positions within Safran, covering maintenance, supply chain and production activities, before joining Revima as Operations Director.

With more than 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, Frédéric Cadule was appointed Chief Operating Officer of TARMAC Aerosave in 2024. He defines and leads the Group’s operational and industrial strategy, overseeing operations, programs and the supply chain with a strong focus on performance, quality and continuous improvement.

A graduate of IAE Bordeaux and a mechanical engineer, Mathieu Carlux began his career in industrial management control before moving into broader operations and performance management roles.

He later held leadership positions at Figeac Aero and Aubert & Duval, both in France and internationally, building extensive experience in management control and financial management within the aviation industry.

Since joining TARMAC Aerosave as Chief Financial Officer in 2024, Mathieu Carlux has been responsible for defining and implementing the Group’s financial strategy. He oversees finance, procurement and information systems, supporting the company’s performance and continued growth.

A graduate in law from Toulouse Capitole University and CNAM, Ingrid Perroud began her career at Euralis before joining Safran and later Groupe SEB.

She continued her career at Daher as Regional HR Director, supporting organizational transformation, managing labor relations and implementing HR strategy across a large operational scope.

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources within industrial environments, Ingrid Perroud was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of TARMAC Aerosave in 2023. She defines and implements the Group’s HR strategy, supporting teams while contributing to the company’s performance and development.

An engineering graduate of ENI Tarbes, Sébastien Medan began his career at SITA France as a Business Engineer.

One of TARMAC Aerosave’s earliest employees, he has been part of the company’s journey from the beginning and has contributed directly to its development and organization. Over nearly 20 years, he has held key positions in quality, dismantling and environmental management, developing internationally recognized expertise in aircraft recycling processes.

As a member of the Executive Committee, Sébastien Medan defines and leads the Group’s health, safety and environmental strategy while ensuring the performance and availability of infrastructure across all sites.

With more than 15 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and airline operations, Christian Ceruti developed his career at Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, where he served as Customer Service Director and later Sales Director.

He then led sales at EAS Industries before joining Air France as its representative at Airbus, overseeing aircraft quality and deliveries.

He later joined TARMAC Aerosave, where he spent nearly ten years as Senior Sales Director before being appointed Chief Commercial Officer in 2024.

At TARMAC Aerosave, Christian Ceruti defines and implements the Group’s commercial strategy and supports its international growth. He has played a key role in establishing the company as a leading aircraft lifecycle management provider, developing an integrated offering that has positioned TARMAC Aerosave as a true one-stop shop. Well established within the aviation ecosystem, particularly among airlines and aircraft lessors, he continues to strengthen the Group’s international presence and credibility.

With a technical background, Mathieu Lhoste holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management from KEDGE Business School. He began his career at Daher, where he spent four years.

In 2010, he joined TARMAC Aerosave as Quality Manager. Over the following eight years, he designed and implemented a management system compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 9110 and EN 9120 standards, securing the corresponding certifications. As the company’s main point of contact with civil aviation authorities and customers, he also led projects to obtain new maintenance approvals and certifications, including FAA approvals and customer-specific certifications, while overseeing quality for the EASA Part-147 training organization.
He then spent two years as Plant Quality Manager for a Tier 1 supplier to Airbus and Dassault Aviation, leading a team of 11 people.

In February 2020, after 15 years of industry experience, Mathieu Lhoste was appointed Quality Director of TARMAC Aerosave. He established a dedicated team to further strengthen the company’s standards and support its continued growth.
